If you’ve landed here, chances are you’ve already been doing some meaningful work. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before, or found comfort in a self-help book or a meditation app. And maybe that helped, at least for a while. But you might still feel stuck in a version of life that no longer fits, unsure how to move forward, or simply wanting to build on the progress you’ve already made. You’re not alone in that feeling. If you’re here, something in you is ready to experience life more fully.
Since there’s no one-size-fits-all therapy, our work will be shaped by who you are and what matters most to you. We’ll slow things down and begin to listen, not just to what’s on the surface but to what’s underneath. With curiosity, we’ll explore the parts of you that feel stuck or shut down and begin to understand what they need. You’ll start to carry that clarity into your daily life, creating more space to move with intention and reconnect with your inner spark.
I ground my sessions in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness. Whether in college counseling, trauma recovery, or hospice care, I’ve supported others through moments of change, loss, and discovery. My work is shaped not only by clinical training but also by lived experience. I spent years abroad and around the US, tending to relationships across languages and traditions as a teacher and immigrant advocate. Now back home in my native Nashville, I bring a broad view and an open heart as I support others in finding their own sense of belonging.
“Listen to yourself.” That simple reminder from the Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh has become a quiet guide in my life. Maybe it's what brought you here, too. If you'd like a space to honor that voice and explore what it's asking, I'd be glad to meet for a free 30-minute consultation, in person or online. Feel free to text or email, whatever is easiest. And if I’m not the right person, I’ll help you find someone who is.

“The time will come
when, with elation,
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror,
and each will smile at the other’s welcome
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you have ignored
for another…”
