Our cancellation policy is that the full fee for the session is due if 24 hours notice is not given prior to cancelling or rescheduling.  At our practice, we recognize that healing happens within a consistent, reliable space. A clear cancellation policy is an important part of maintaining the integrity of that space, for both you and your therapist. Honoring our cancellation policy helps protect the time and space we’ve set aside for your growth. While we understand that unexpected events can arise, our policy is in place to protect the therapeutic process and ensure that time set aside for your care remains a priority.

Our practice is located at 900 Glendale Lane, upstairs at Glendale United Methodist.  We are not affiliated with the church, only lease office space there.

We do not accept insurance but are happy to provide a super-bill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.  We are considered an “out of network provider”, so you will need to find out what kind of out of network coverage your insurance coverage offers.  We do not communicate directly with insurance companies.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining the total expected cost of your medical care, including mental health services.

  • You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate when you schedule a service or request one.

  • A Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services will be provided before your appointment.

  • This Good Faith Estimate will include an itemized list of expected charges for services, such as psychotherapy sessions, and any associated fees.

  • The Good Faith Estimate is an estimate and not a bill. Actual costs may vary depending on individual needs and treatment plan.

  • If your bill is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. Discuss any concerns about your bill.

  • You may also initiate a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Transparent pricing is a priority. Be sure to ask any questions about your Good Faith Estimate and the No Surprises Act.
